Full-Automatic 3-Side Punching System

Equipped with movable and fixed CNC punching units for web and flange, the machine realizes simultaneous 3-side punching without manual intervention. This integrated design eliminates redundant processing steps, reduces labor costs, and boosts production capacity by streamlining the workflow.

Exceptional Processing Precision

With Siemens 840D SL CNC system as the control core, the machine achieves ultra-high positioning accuracy. The hole spacing tolerance in the X direction is ±0.3mm/2000mm (±0.5mm/12000mm), and the group hole distance tolerance in the Y direction is ±0.3mm, ensuring precise assembly of truck chassis U-beams and reducing subsequent adjustment work.

High-Speed Punching Performance

Boasting a maximum punching speed of 30m/min for X/Y axes, the machine completes punching of a 12-meter U-beam with approximately 300 holes in just 5.5 minutes. This high-efficiency performance meets the tight production schedules of automobile manufacturers.

Flexible Production Compatibility

The machine supports U-beams with a length of 4000mm+, web inner width of 150-340mm, and thickness of 4-10mm. It features 18 linear modules for web punching and 6 modules for flange punching, covering 9+ punching diameter types, which can quickly switch between different product specifications with short production preparation time.

Intelligent Material Handling

Equipped with magnetic in-feeding/outfeeding devices, loading/unloading trolleys, and feeding manipulators, the machine realizes automatic material transfer. The 10 electromagnets (2kN suction each) ensure stable material clamping, while the trolley’s 4m/min moving speed and 500mm stacking height enhance operational convenience and safety.
