The H6040BF-H12000 is a high-precision CNC laser cutting machine jointly developed by Shandong FINCM and HANS LASER under a strategic cooperation agreement. Integrating HANS’s advanced high-power laser application technology with FINCM’s deep experience in steel structure processing, this machine delivers powerful, flexible, and intelligent beam cutting performance for structural fabrication applications.
Specifically designed for H-beams, I-beams, and channel steel, the system enables full-profile cutting—including bevels, slots, arc shapes, holes, and scribing—in a single CNC-controlled process. It supports DSTV-based programming and offers remote communication for streamlined, digitalized steel production.
The machine supports freeform cutting including inner/outer bevels, oblique lines, round holes, arcs, square or elliptical contours, and bolt slots. It allows front and rear 45° bevel cuts and 90° vertical cuts on both sides, ensuring total geometry coverage without secondary machining.
Powered by six-axis servo motion, the system achieves X/Y-axis positioning accuracy of ±0.08 mm/m and bevel angle tolerance within ±2°. The working area supports web heights from 150 to 600 mm and plate thicknesses up to 40 mm, making it ideal for mid-to-large structural profiles.
Cutting programs can be generated from Tekla NC1/DSTV files and imported through network or USB. A built-in model library and nesting software improve ease of use, and remote input/output capability enhances workshop integration and data traceability.
