The DMS1206 CNC combined drilling and sawing machine line is a highly integrated processing system designed for the rapid fabrication of H-beams, box beams, and channel steel. This production line features a powerful triple-axis drilling unit and an industrial-grade band saw within a single automated workflow, enabling uninterrupted processing from hole-making to final cutting.

By eliminating intermediate transfer steps, this machine significantly reduces cycle time, minimizes handling errors, and enhances overall efficiency. With advanced servo systems, hydraulic clamping, and a CNC controller compatible with DSTV/NC1 data, DMS1206 is the ideal solution for large steel structure projects, infrastructure fabrication, and industrial plant construction.



Key Features


Integrated Drilling and Sawing Modules

The DMS1206 combines three independent high-speed drilling spindles and a heavy-duty band saw, allowing for continuous processing of structural steel. Drilling operations are completed on web and flanges, followed by automatic precision cutting.


Servo Feeding and Positioning System

An intelligent servo trolley feeds and positions the beam with encoder feedback and hydraulic grippers. This ensures high repeatability, smooth transitions, and accurate alignment between drilling and sawing operations.


CNC Control with DSTV Compatibility

Equipped with a Siemens CNC system, the machine supports direct import of DSTV (NC1) files from Tekla and other detailing software. It automatically generates drilling and sawing instructions, reducing operator workload and programming errors.


High-Precision Band Sawing

The integrated sawing station uses a wide-band blade with frequency control and adjustable tension. It supports straight and miter cuts with high cut-surface quality, eliminating the need for secondary finishing.
