Efficient Punching with Servo-Controlled Accuracy

The machine delivers 1000kN of hydraulic punching force with AC servo motors (2 × 2kW) controlling the X and Y axes for precise plate positioning. It supports punching holes up to Ø25.5 mm in plates up to 25 mm thick (Q235), with a minimum edge distance of 25 mm.


Three-Station Turret with Marking Support

Equipped with three die stations—one of which can hold a marking die—the PP103B allows easy tool switching and built-in alphanumeric marking. The marking unit supports 10 characters (14 × 10 mm each) for clear, permanent stamping.


High-Grade Components for Stability and Reliability

All core components, including the PLC (Mitsubishi), servo drives (Panasonic), hydraulic valves (ATOS/YUKEN), and pneumatic parts (SMC, Airtac), are sourced from globally recognized brands, ensuring long-term durability and easy maintenance.
