The Gantry Movable CNC Drilling Machine for Beams BD3010/3 is designed to meet the demanding drilling needs of long structural beams used in construction and heavy industry. Featuring a gantry-style moving structure, the machine allows the drilling head to traverse along the entire length of the beam, eliminating the need for workpiece movement. The working range accommodates beams up to 30 meters in length, 1000mm in height, and 800mm in width, making it suitable for extra-long components such as bridge girders and crane rails.


Equipped with three high-power spindles (15kW each), the BD3010/3 can drill multiple holes simultaneously, with a maximum drilling diameter of 60mm for carbon steel. The CNC system includes advanced beam alignment software that automatically detects the beam's position and adjusts the drilling path, reducing manual setup errors. A heavy-duty rail system ensures smooth gantry movement at speeds up to 30m/min, combined with a backlash-free gear rack transmission for precise positioning.
